MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OREGON CM/GC SERVICES FOR EARTHQUAKE READY BURNSIDE BRIDGE PROJECT Multnomah County intends to secure services of a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for pre-construction services related to the design and construction of a replacement for the Burnside Bridge in Portland, Oregon, as part of the Earthquake Ready Burnside Project. A public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the County’s draft findings for an Exemption from the Competitive Bidding requirement will be held on January 20, 2022.
