NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR A PUBLIC CONTRACT On January 21, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the Prineville City Hall, the Prineville City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the City of Prineville’s draft findings for the approval of directly contracting with Koppers Railroad Structures, Inc. for a public improvement contract regarding the repair of the City of Prineville Railway Bridge located on Oregon Highway 26. This Public Hearing is for the purpose of taking comments on the City of Prineville’s draft findings for the approval of an exemption from competitive bidding for a public contract (i.e. alternative contracting method), and directly contracting with Koppers Railroad Structures, Inc. The City’s draft findings may be found on the City’s website. Written comments may be submitted to City Council by mail at City of Prineville, ATTN: Lisa Morgan, 387 NE Third Street, Prineville, Oregon 97754, or by email at cityhall@cityofprineville.com.
