WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON COUNTYWIDE BROADBAND INVESTMENT STRATEGY CONSULTANT Proposals due: February 3, 2022 @ 3:00pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NO. 2022.009-RFP) Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform as a Countywide Broadband Investment Strategy Consultant. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 1:00 pm. More information can be found in the Introduction Section of the Procurement Portal posting under Timeline. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Thursday, February 3, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
