In the Matter of the Estate of Donna Marlow, Deceased. Notice is given of the following matters: (a) Jerry Marlow has been appointed as the personal representative of the above estate. (b) Any person or entity having claims against the estate are required to present them to the personal representative, in care of the personal representative’s attorney designated below, within four months after the date of first publication of this notice, or such claim may be barred. (c) Persons who believe they are an unknown heir of Donna Marlow must present evidence of such relationship to the personal representative, in care of the attorney designated below, within four months after the date of first publication of this notice, or any right of such person may be extinguished.
