The Project delivery vehicle will be a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) process. Therefore the awarded A/E firm will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, CM/GC, Owner’s Rep and other Trade Partners to design the Project and throughout the life of the Project. The anticipated start date of the project is mid-2022, and the anticipated delivery date of the project is early 2026.
