A&E and Related Services for SW 257th Ave. Corridor Design Services SUMMARY: Multnomah County Transportation Department is seeking consultants to survey, provide environmental and traffic improvements, right of way and create plans and specifications for bidding. This is a federally funded project, a DBE participation goal of 8.5% has been assigned for the Proposal.
