THE MULTNOMAH COUNTY LIBRARY CAPITAL BOND PROGRAM Refresh Projects – (the Projects), where appropriate shall consist of the installation of the Automated Materials Handling (AMH) and associated work as well as renovation of the public areas at each Refresh library. The projects awarded under this RFP are: Central Library: Installation of Automated Materials Handling (AMH), associated work and renovation of public areas within 103,033 sf of existing facility. Renovation is anticipated to be completed to life safety standards under the governing code at the time of construction. In addition to the Central Library work, the County may expand the scope to include one or more of the following Refresh Projects libraries: Rockwood: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within 7,376 sf of existing library. Capital Hill: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within 6,442 sf of existing library. Gregory Heights North Portland: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within roughly 5,868 sf of existing library. Woodstock: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within roughly 7,041 sf of existing library. Fairview-Columbia: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within roughly 3,619 sf of existing library. Hollywood: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within roughly 13,059 sf of existing library. Hillsdale: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within roughly 12,000 sf of existing library (excluding garage). Kenton: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of roughly public areas within 6,040 sf of existing library Troutdale: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas within roughly 6,091 sf of existing library. Sellwood: Installation of any specified AMH equipment and associated work as well as renovation of public areas of roughly 4,277 sf of existing library.
