SOLICITATION ADDENDA’S: Solicitation Addenda’s are incorporated with the original solicitation as an attachment. Any new Addend’s can be obtained at the Plan Centers. Offerors should consult the listed plan centers regularly until closing to avoid missing any Solicitation Addenda’s. MANDATORY SITE INSPECTIONS THERE WILL BE A ONE-TIME ONLY, MANDATORY ON SITE INSPECTION OF ALL LOCATIONS ON Tuesday, February 8, 2022, commencing at 9:00A.M. Prospective proposers are to meet at the Prineville City Hall, 387 NE Third Street, Prineville, OR. The site inspections will allow the prospective proposers to become familiar with all conditions that may affect the performance and cost of the contract. Preceding the site visits, an informational meeting will be held to allow for questions and clarifications concerning the City’s RFP process and subsequent contract award. Failure on the part of the contractor to familiarize themselves with all conditions shall not constitute a basis for subsequent contract adjustment. NOTE: Inspection of the facilities and the informational meeting will be mandatory and proposals received from contractors who did not attend the site inspection will be declared nonresponsive to the Request for Proposals. All prospective contractors will be required to sign in prior to the meeting and at the conclusion of the site visits.
