NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Happy Valley City Council NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Happy Valley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the annexation of territory pursuant to Section 16.67.070 of the City’s Land Development Code (LDC) in the City Hall Council Chambers, 16000 Misty Drive, Happy Valley, Oregon on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. DOCKET NUMBER: ANN-02-21/CPA-03-21/LDC-03-21 The affected areas include 16 properties with a cumulative area of approximately 52.69 acres. Only the properties described below are being considered for annexation. The Council may approve or deny an application for annexation in accordance with the applicable criteria of the City of Happy Valley Comprehensive Plan; Section 16.67.070 of the LDC; METRO Code Section 3.09; and, ORS 222.111, 222.125 and 222.170. The decision will be made in accordance with the said criteria and may be appealed to the Land Use Board of Appeals.
