LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF PRINEVILLE INVITATION TO BID #1001-22-23 The City of Prineville is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of liquid gas chlorine, 150 lb. cylinders for the 2022-23 calendar year, this contract can be extended up to four additional years. Chemical orders may vary month to month. Unless otherwise stated, all items shall be quoted and delivered F.O.B. Destination and delivery, freight, shipping, cleaning costs and deposit along with any other charges (if any) will be included in the price. Pricing of the 150 lb. cylinders will include monthly delivery to the City of Prineville Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2101 NW O’Neil Highway. Delivered cylinders will average approximately 20 per month. Sealed bids for the Liquid Gas Chlorine Contract 2022 will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the 1st of March, 2022 at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 8th day of March, 2022.
