PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, March 9, 2022 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following application: Case File # LU-0004-2022. The applicant is seeking a Type III Special Variance to allow for a 20-foot freestanding sign for their business. Per TDC Sec. 10.045, freestanding signs are not currently permitted in the Central Business District. The Planning Commission is the decision-making entity for this type of application and may take final action at this meeting. The Planning Commission will also continue to discuss future amendments to the development code at this meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
