The Project delivery vehicle will be a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) process. The awarded CM/GC firm will work cooperatively with the Owner, A/E Representatives, Owner’s Representative and other Trade Partners to assist with constructability of design, to build the Project, and throughout the life of the Project.
