PUBLIC MEETING CITY OF GRESHAM CHARTER REVIEW COMMITTEE Pursuant to Section 45B of the Charter, the Gresham City Council shall appoint a Charter Review Committee (CRC) to review the current language of the City’s Charter every eight years. A Charter Review Committee was appointed by the City Council on October 19, 2021. Charter Review Committee meeting will take place on March 9, 2022, at 6:00 pm via zoom. The Charter Review Committee will take public testimony during this meeting. There will also be a presentation from Lewis & Clark Professors, Dr. Todd Lochner and Dr. Ellen Seljan regarding the City’s election system.
