NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: SDR07-2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On March 23, 2022, the City of Molalla City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider a Site Design Review application to establish appropriate land use approvals for a new 60-Unit Apartment Complex located at 1000 W Main ST. The hearing will be held at 7:00 PM at Molalla City Hall; 117 N Moalla Ave, Molalla OR, 97038. You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Julie Larson, PO Box 248, Molalla OR, 97038, jlarson@cityofmolalla.com; note that email is preferred. Please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony. Only comments on the relevant approval criteria are considered relevant evidence. Any person who fails to address the relevant approval criteria with enough detail may not be able to appeal to the City Council, Land Use Board of Appeals, or Circuit Court, as applicable, on that issue. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request.
