PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Directors of the Jefferson County School District 509J will meet in the Board Conference Room at 445 SE Buff Street, Madras, OR 97741 on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of taking comments on the Board’s draft findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements of the Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279C as related to the Madras High School improvements. The project includes a new roof, insulation and parapet cap replacement, CTE Program space improvements, new soccer concession / restroom building and field lights, new DDC controls and new gas-fired high efficiency roof top HVAC units. Any interested person may appear and present comment. Copies of the findings may be obtained upon request.
