NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOREST GROVE PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NUMBER 311-21-000064-PLNG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forest Grove Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Forest Grove Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, to consider the following proposal: PROPOSAL: Establishment of Davis Estates, a 221-lot Planned Residential Development consisting of 141 single-family detached residential lots and 80 single-family attached residential lots. If additional documents or evidence are provided in support of the application, any party shall be entitled to a continuance of the hearing. Unless there is a continuance, if a participant so requests before the conclusion of the initial evidentiary hearing, the record shall remain open for at least seven days after the hearing. The hearing will be held in a hybrid format allowing the public to attend the meeting virtual via Zoom and in-person.
