Hanks Family Trust was the Grantor, Chicago Title Company of Oregon was the Trustee, and Diane C. Stagl, Trustee of the Diane C. Stagl Revocable Living Trust was the Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Deed recorded October 15, 2021 as Doc. No. 2021-092909 in the records of Clackamas County, Oregon and re-recorded on December 9, 2021 as Doc.
