PUBLIC NOTICE Caldwell Consulting, for T-Mobile USA, is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing monopole located near 54000 SW Hankins Road, Gaston, Washington County, Oregon 97119 (45deg.28’37.2N 123deg.13’55.1W). The modifications will consist of collocating panel antennas at a height no greater than approx. 179ft. along with other telecommunication equipment, on an approx. 197.2ft. monopole.
