The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3410-1400 and is located west of property addresses as 14491 NE Yamhill Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.03(A), 402.08 and 402.11 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., March 31, 2022.
