Notice of Public Hearing Modification of Conditions Relating to ANX 2019-01 Woodburn Place Apts. (MOC 22-01) On March 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to hear Modification of Conditions MOC 22-01 relating to Annexation ANX 2019-01 Woodburn Place Apartments at 2145 Molalla Road (Tax Lot 051W09B 000900) to modify the land use final decision document Attachment 102A, the Public Works Department conditions. The applicant on behalf of the developer wants City staff to issue building permits now and to allow the developer to construct all of the required public improvements, including street frontage improvements of curb, sidewalk, and street trees, at some later, unspecified date, with the implication it would be no later than upon developer requests to staff for final inspections related to building permits. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. The hearing might be also remote/teleconference/virtual.
