PUBLIC NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT

MOLALLA RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT #73 PUBLIC NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 279A.215 and District Contracting Rule 137-046-0440, notice is hereby given that the Molalla RFPD intends to enter into a contract with Hughes Fire Equipment/BME Fire Trucks in an amount not to exceed $386,946.00, for the purchase of one (1) Freightliner M2 BME Model 34 Coronado. The contract is based on the unit being purchased though Houston-Galveston-Area-Council Corporative Purchasing Program. The purpose of this notice is to provide information to the public and invite interested persons an opportunity to submit written comment. Written comments and protests must be delivered to Molalla RFPD no later than 3 p.m. on March 30, 2022. Written protests received after this deadline will not be considered. Submittals should be addressed to Vince Stafford, Fire Chief, Molalla RFPD, PO Box 655, Molalla, OR, 97038, and shall provide a detailed factual and legal basis for the comment/complaint and the relief requested.
