Notice of Budget Committee Meeting Madras Redevelopment

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee for the Madras Redevelopment Commission and Housing and Urban Renewal District, City of Madras, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the biennium July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024 will be held in the City of Madras Council Chambers located at 125 S.W. E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget document, hear the budget message, and to take questions and comments from the public regarding the budget. A copy of the budget may be viewed or obtained on or after April 8, 2022, at the Madras City Hall, 125 S.W. E Street, Madras Oregon, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place.
