METRO LOADING DOCK AND ELECTRICAL DOCK REPAIR AT OREGON CONVENTION CENTER Bids due: May 18, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 4040 Metro is inviting bids to repair concrete slab and the electrical vault at the loading dock at the Oregon Convention Center. Per the solicitation documents, the selected contractor will provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to remove 8000 sq ft of topping slab contract above post tension slab, remove waterproof membrane, reinstall new membrane, drainage and concrete slab. This repair is above and part of the electrical vault directly below the area. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. May 18, 2022 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 4040. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. A VOLUNTARY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 27, 2022 at 8:00 am at Oregon Convention Center Holliday Entrance, located at NE Holladay St. and 2nd Ave, Portland OR 97232. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from Bid Locker (bidlocker.us) Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
