PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, May 11, 2022 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 Due to the cancellation of the Planning Commission’s May 3rd meeting, a public hearing regarding the following application will be held at this meeting: 75-11 Middle Housing. This application is a Type IV text amendment to the Troutdale Development Code. The amendment seeks to amend existing zoning districts and development/design standards by incorporating requirements of House Bill 2001. This includes consolidation and renaming of existing zoning districts and a reorganization of code sections to consolidate similar information. This meeting is open to the public. The public may attend the meeting virtually or in person, further details will be provided.
