PUBLIC NOTICE: Yamhill County has received a request for a final Measure 49 vesting determination consistent with the Court of Appeals decision in Friends of Yamhill County v. Board of Commissioners for Yamhill County, 446 P3d 548 (2019). The request involves a decision remanded to Yamhill County for further proceedings in Vesting Determination V-01-2007, which concerns a subdivision application by Ralph and Norma Johnson for the 41 Ranor Estates subdivision lots adjacent to NE Ranor Loop (previously addressed as 16705 NE Chehalem Drive, Newberg). The scope of the remand is limited to whether the applicants have the vested right under Measure 49 (2007) to sell their lots with a house. The remand procedures are as follows: –Thirty days provided for comment on the proposal, to end June 3, 2022. –Another thirty days for response by the applicant, to end July 5, 2022.
