PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Special Meeting Wednesday, May 25, 2022 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 Depending on the outcome of the Planning Commission’s May 11 meeting, a continuation of a public hearing may be held regarding the following application: 75-11 Middle Housing. This application is a Type IV text amendment to the Troutdale Development Code. The amendment seeks to amend existing zoning districts and development/design standards by incorporating requirements of House Bill 2001. This includes consolidation and renaming of existing zoning districts and a reorganization of code sections to consolidate similar information. If the continuation is not needed, the Planning Commission will discuss future code amendments at this meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
