PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET SDR-18-22/FD-06-22 a request by Joni Huntley and John Rueter for site design review to board horses for profit and conditional use approval to convert an existing hardship dwelling into a farm help dwelling for a relative of the farm operator on a parcel located in the AF-10 zone. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3314-3300 and is located at 12380 NE Red Hills Rd, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 501.03(A) and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., June 2, 2022, to comment on, or to request the above application be considered at a public hearing.
