CITY OF MADRAS PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE NOS. 965 AND 966 The City Council of the City of Madras, Oregon, will be considering approval of proposed Ordinance Nos. 965 and 966 during their regularly scheduled Council meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the Madras City Hall Council Chambers. ORDINANCE NO. 965 An ordinance adopting updated Public Improvement Design & Construction Standards for the City of Madras, Oregon, and repealing Ordinance No. 950. ORDINANCE NO. 966 An ordinance ratifying creation of the Jefferson County Road Agency in accordance with ORS 190.085; and declaring an emergency.
