PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: L-14-22 a request by John Bridges for Gregory and Samantha Fischer for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 14.34 acres from Tax Lot 3316-2001 to Tax Lot 3315-2011 resulting in parcels of approximately 18 and 19.34 acres. The parcels are located at 18230 NE Rainbow Ln and 12665 NE Dudley Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.09(8)(2) and 501.06(8) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., June 9, 2022. An appeal may be filed at the Yamhill County Planning Department at 525 NE Fourth Street, McMinnville.
