WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON INTENT TO USE OMNIA PARTNERS PUBLIC SECTOR HP CONTRACT NUMBER R210403 Comments due 5:00 pm, June 2, 2022 Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.220 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements) this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the County’s intent to enter into a interstate cooperative agreement with Southern Computer Warehouse, Inc., as an authorized reseller under HP’s Indirect Fulfillment Program, for purchase of (250) HP 840 G9 laptops and (400) HP 120W docking stations. The Administering Contract Agency for this contract is Region 4 Education Service Center, Harris County, TX. The County estimates the value of the procurement(s) to be $544,895.50. Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders, must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of the initial publication of this notice. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of Procurement, and be received by the Washington County Procurement office, located at 155 N. First Avenue, Suite 270, MS 28, Hillsboro, OR 97124 no later than 5:00 PM., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), June 3, 2022. The County shall respond to any vendor having submitted comments by the deadline and shall make a written determination whether the cooperative procurement described herein is in the best interest of the County.
