This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 1, 2022 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective April 1, 2022. The work will take place in Multnomah and Washington counties, Oregon. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday June 15, 2022 at 10:00AM in the Mount Tabor Hall, Room 139 on the PCC SE Campus located at the intersection of SE 82nd Ave and Division St in Portland OR.
