NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING FORM LB-1 A public meeting of the Marion County Extension & 4H Service District will be held on June 22, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Board Room 5th floor, 555 Court Street NE, Salem Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 as approved by the Marion County Extension & 4H Service District Budget Committee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at Marion County Community Services, 555 Court Street, 3rd floor, Suite 3120, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or online at https://www.co.marion.or.us/CS/ServiceDistrict/Pages/Budget.aspx. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Marion County Extension & 4H Service District will take place. Anyone wishing to testify may do so by written comments mailed to Marion County Community Services, Attn: Tamra Goettsch Budget Officer, P.O. Box 14500 Salem, OR 97309 or emailed to PublicHearings@co.marion.or.us. To be included in the record, comments must include the commenter’s full name, address or email address. Testimony will also be accepted over the phone.
