NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Madras Files: D-22-3 Applications for a Subdivision (File SD-22-3) have been submitted by S2K Group 3, LLC for a 52-lot subdivision located on SE B Street and SE Kinkade Road. These properties are owned by Mardo, LLC. The tax lot numbers of the parcels of the subject properties are 11-13-12-AA-00100, 11-13-12-AA-00500, 11-13-12-AA-00502 and 11-13-12-AA-00600. These parcels are currently unaddressed. On August 3, 2022 at 6:00 PM, the City of Madras Planning Commission will hold a public hearing about these land use applications. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the Madras Police/Station/City Hall located at 125 SW E Street, in Madras. The Appeal is Madras Municipal Code (MMC) Chapter 18.10 – Basic Provisions, Chapter 18.15 – Land Use Zones, Chapter 18.15.040 – Single Family Residential (R-1), Chapter – 18.20 Public Improvement Standards, Chapter 18.60 — Land Divisions, Replats and Property Line Adjustments, and Chapter 18.80 – Administrative Provisions. If you are unable to attend the hearing, but would like to submit comments for consideration, please submit written comments to the City of Madras at the Madras Police Station/City Hall located at 125 SW E Street by July 26, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Verbal testimony will be accepted at the public hearing.
