PUBLIC NOTICE The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Jefferson County Planning Commission to adopt a zoning ordinance amendment through an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 316–FLOODPLAIN OVERLAY ZONE. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 10:00 AM, in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room. This will be the time and place for all interested persons to appear and present testimony on the proposed ordinance.
