Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Updates to the Water System Development Charges Notice is hereby given that pursuant to ORS 223.304, the City of Tigard issues this 90-day public notice to all interested parties of the City of Tigard’s intent to modify its water system development charges. A public hearing on the matter will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. The public hearing will be heard during the October 25, 2022 Tigard City Council meeting, that begins at 6:30 p.m. Please note that in accordance with the City of Tigard’s Safety Plan related to COVID-19 and Oregon House Bill 4212, this will be either a hybrid or a virtual meeting where Council and staff may participate remotely. You can livestream the broadcast, or watch later on the City’s YouTube channel. A report with the proposed updates to the system development charges will be available for review at City Hall and the City’s website, no later than August 26, 2022.
