Applicant: Jeff and Emily Hartley File: CUP22-0006 5. Annexation (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application to annex 2.16 acres into the Newberg city limits. The parcel is located at R3229 02100 (portion within Urban Growth Boundary). The annexation would change the zoning from Yamhill County HI to Newberg M-2/RD. The subject property to be annexed is located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary and is designated by the Comprehensive Plan Map as IND.
