The parcel is located at R3229 02100 (portion within Urban Growth Boundary). The annexation would change the zoning from Yamhill County HI to Newberg M-2/RD. The subject property to be annexed is located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary and is designated by the Comprehensive Plan Map as IND.
