PUBLIC NOTICE The Metolius City Council will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on August 8, 2022, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of this Hearing is to consider an Ordinance of the City of Metolius, Oregon, Declaring a ban on Psilocybin Service Centers and the manufacturing pf Psilocybin products. The City Council will also be considering a Resolution of the City of Metolius approving referral to the electors of the city the question of banning Psilocybin Manufacturing and Service Centers within the City of Metolius.
