NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN under ORS 87.162 and ORS 87.192 that a foreclosure sale of personal property will be held to foreclose a landlord lien as follows: (1) The property to be sold is a 1997 Champion manufactured home, Home ID No. 294680; (2) the manufactured home is located at Olde Stone Village, 4155 NE Three Mile Lane, Sp. 117, McMinnville, Oregon 97128; (3) the name of the owner or reputed owner of the manufactured home is Angela Pedraza; (4) the amount due on the lien owed to Olde Stone Village is $5,176.67; (5) the name of the entity foreclosing the lien is Olde Stone Village; (6) the sale will be held by sealed bidding, with the home sold to the highest bidder; (7) sealed bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2022; (8) sealed bids must be received by the deadline addressed to Olde Stone Village – Office, 4155 NE Three Mile Lane, McMinnville, Oregon 97128; (9) interested buyers may contact the park manager at 503-472-4315 prior to the sale to arrange an inspection of the home; (10) taxes are owed to Yamhill County in the approximate sum of $5,418.34; (11) there is a contractor’s lien of approximately $5,325 on the home; (12) if the home is to remain in the park, various repairs must be completed, which list of repairs is available from the park manager; (13) the home may remain in the park if the winning bidder is approved as a tenant under the park’s usual application criteria, and/or signs a storage agreement with the park while repairs are completed.
