NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing on the following matter will be held before the GRESHAM Hearings Officer Hearing Via Zoom 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030 WEDNESDAY, August 31, 2022, 10:00 a.m. Applicant: Margo Clinton, SGS-Development Appeal File Number: AP-22-00547 Nature of the Application: Appeal of a Condition 3 and 13 Gresham Public Works Standards (PWS) Applicable Gresham Community Development Code Review Criteria (Code Procedures/Standards: 11.0100 – 11.0107 – Development Permit Requirements 11.0204 – Review Authorities 11.1102 – Notice of Appeal 11.1103 – General Appeal Procedure 11.1105 – Appeal of a Type II Decision Testimony and evidence at the hearing must be directed toward the above criteria or other criteria a person believes apply to the decision. Failure to specify the criterion to which the testimony and evidence is directed may preclude appeal based on that criterion. If an issue is not raised at the hearing or in writing prior to or at the hearing, then an appeal of this application to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue is precluded. A copy of the application, documents and evidence relied upon by the City, and applicable approval criteria are available for review at the Urban Design & Planning Office at Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030.
