Public Notice As required by ORS 198.540, notice is given that the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District will hold public hearings on September 14, 2022 at 7:30 pm on two proposed ordinances: Ordinance No. 2022-01, amending District Compiled Policies Chapter 7 (General Regulations) and Ordinance No. 2022-02, amending District Compiled Policies Chapter 8 (Property Regulations). The amendments to Chapter 7 govern public conduct on District property. The amendments to Chapter 8 govern acquisition, disposition, and use of District property. The hearings will be conducted electronically. Live streaming of the hearing will be available at https://youtu.be/3OjWtgs8JwQ. Written testimony will be accepted until 3 pm on September 14, 2022. Written testimony must be delivered to boardofdirectors@thprd.org. Those wishing to speak during the hearing must register to do so by 3 pm on September 14, 2022, by emailing boardofdirectors@thprd.org.
