Public Hearing Notice September 27, 2022, 5:30 PM Madras City Hall PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE CITY COUNCIL The City of Madras is completing the Madras-Jefferson County COVID Small Business and Microenterprise Assistance Program project funded with Community Development Block Grant funds from the Oregon Business Development Department. The location of the project is: various business locations throughout Madras and Jefferson County. It is estimated that the project has benefited at least 37 persons of whom 100% are low or moderate income. A public hearing will be held by the Madras City Council at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 27, at Madras City Hall, 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is for the city council to obtain citizens views about the project and to take comments about the local government’s performance. Written comments are also welcome and must be received by 5:30 PM at City Hall, 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. Both oral and written comments will be reviewed by the city council.
