The vote will be by mail and conducted by the Jefferson County Elections Official in compliance with state election law. The following positions will be presented to voters for the Madras City Council: Candidates for Mayor (1 Position Available; Two-Year Term) Austin Throop Mike Lepin Brad Johnston Travis Montgomery Bill Atherton Candidates for City Councilor (3 Positions Available; Four-Year Term) Lamar Yoder, Incumbent Mike Seibold, Incumbent Dr. Patricia L.
