ON CALL GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OREGON ON CALL GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Multnomah County intends to secure General Contractor Services for building construction on an on-call basis. The work will involve remodel, demolition, upgrade, new construction and rehabilitation of County owned properties. This will be for several broad scope contracts involving the supply of any needed trade, material, coordination, technical expertise or requested construction labor, materials, equipment or services. A public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the County’s draft findings for an Exemption from the Competitive Bidding requirement will be held on October 6, 2022.
