CITY OF MADRAS PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 971 The City Council of the City of Madras, Oregon, will be considering approval of proposed Ordinance No. 971 during a special Council meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the Madras City Hall Council Chambers. ORDINANCE NO. 971 An ordinance of the City of Madras granting Pacificorp, an Oregon Corporation d/b/a Pacific Power, the right and privilege to place, erect, and maintain poles, wires, and other appliances and conductors for the transmission and distribution of electricity in, on, and under the streets, alleys, avenues, thoroughfares, and public highways within City of Madras, Oregon, and to exercise the privilege of engaging in the general business of generating, transmitting, and distributing electrical energy. Copies of the proposed ordinance is available for review at Madras City Hall, located at 125 SW E Street, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
