NOTICE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING CASEFILE 22-MOD-02 The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to take public testimony on a request to modify a previous condition of approval (20-CU-03) for a photovoltaic solar generating facility. The request is to modify the original condition of approval #6 pertaining to solar panel mounting structures. The site is located at 10792 SW Green Drive in Culver on a parcel zoned Exclusive Farm Use A-1 (EFU A-1) and operated by Green Solar, LLC. The hearings will be held on October 13, 2022 at 5:30 pm in the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners meeting room located at 66 SE D Street, Madras, OR.
