PUBLIC NOTICE The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on September 26, 2022, at the Train Depot and via Zoom video conference. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a request for annexation on behalf of Mr. Robert Griffin. The area proposed to be annexed is contained within Tax lot 3800 of Jefferson County Assessor’s Map 11-13-28DB and a portion of Tax lot 502 of Map 11-13-28. The property is located within the Urban Growth Boundary and is currently zoned Jefferson County A-1 Exclusive Farm Use, upon annexation the area will be zoned City of Metolius M-1 Industrial as designated by the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
