NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOREST GROVE PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NUMBER 311-22-000024-PLNG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forest Grove Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Forest Grove Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, to consider the following proposal: PROPOSAL: Site development and design review of Stonewood Apartments, a 32-unit multi-fam- ily apartment complex. LOCATION: Fir Road & Pacific Avenue Washington County Tax Lot 1S305AB00501 APPLICANT: Matt Newman, NW Engineers OWNER: AC Buzz Avery-Stonewood Center LLC. FILE NUMBER: 311-22-000024-PLNG CRITERIA: Development Code Article 2 – Design Rev- iew, Site Development Review; Article 3 – Commercial and Mixed Use Zones; Article 8 – General Development Standards; and City of Forest Grove Design Guideline Han- dbook Section III Multi-Unit Residential Focus Area All persons will be given reasonable opportunity to give testimony about this proposal responding to the review criteria. If an issue is not raised in the hearing (by person or by letter) or if the issue is not explained in sufficient detail to allow the Planning Commission to respond to the issue, then that issue cannot be used for an appeal to the City Council or the Land Use Board of Appeals. If additional documents or evidence are provided in support of the application, any party shall be entitled to a continuance of the hearing. Unless there is a continuance, if a participant so requests before the conclusion of the initial evidentiary hearing, the record shall remain open for at least seven days after the hearing. The hearing will be held in a hybrid format allowing the public to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom and in-person. A copy of the meeting agenda with Zoom instructions and staff report are available seven days prior to the hearing and are published on the City’s website at https://www.forestgrove-or.gov/meetings.
