For the purpose of this RFP, Chapter Three Library Projects will include the Belmont and St. Johns libraries. The awarded Owner’s Representative firm will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, CM/GC (or General Contractor if applicable), A/E Firm and other Trade Partners to manage the Project and throughout the life of the Project. In this project, the Owner’s Rep will be working in a support role to the County Sr. Project Manager.
