NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to the Community Development Code (LOC 50) to establish mitigation requirements for ministerial residential development. The code changes would give the City the authority to require developers to provide public improvements to offset the impacts of the residential development on public infrastructure. Since the time allowed for public testimony is limited, you are urged to review the record and be thoroughly familiar with it if you plan to testify. In order to testify electronically online or by phone, you are required to register by 12:00 noon the day of the meeting. A copy of the proposed amendments and instructions on participating electronically, are available in the Planning and Building Services Department at City Hall and can also be obtained by visiting the City’s website at: https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/all-projects (Search for LU 22-0031) Recommendation: Final recommendations of the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council.
