DCA2022-00003 REQUEST: The City is considering a development code amendment to remove noncommercial agriculture regulations from the Development Code and create new regulations for urban livestock under the Municipal Code. Proposed new regulations under the Municipal Code include setting standards for species and number of livestock allowed on a property, minimum shelter sizes for livestock, and proper storage of livestock-related materials.
